By accessing or using Golf Stats & Practice ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Golf Stats & Practice provides:

• Golf round tracking and statistics
• Practice session tracking
• Performance analytics and insights
• AI-powered coaching recommendations (Pro plan)
• Golf rules assistance (Pro plan)
• Handicap calculation

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Free Plan

Our Free plan provides basic round tracking, statistics, and handicap calculation at no cost.

Pro Subscription

Pro plan features ($9.99/month or $99/year):

• AI Golf Coach with unlimited questions
• Practice Lab with skill tests
• Advanced analytics and strokes gained
• Golf Rules Assistant
• Priority support

Billing Terms

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months, except within 30 days of initial purchase
• Prices subject to change with 30 days notice

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
• Share your account with others
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without permission
• Upload malicious code or spam
• Harass other users or staff

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Golf Stats & Practice and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Data: You retain all rights to your golf statistics and personal data. We only use it as described in our Privacy Policy.

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

While we strive for accuracy, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Golf Statistics: Statistics and insights are for informational purposes only. We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.

AI Coach: Recommendations are generated by AI and should not be considered professional instruction. Consult a PGA professional for official coaching.

Rules Assistant: While we reference official USGA rules, the Rules Assistant is for guidance only. Refer to official USGA rulebooks for tournament play.

Handicap: Our handicap calculation follows USGA methodology but is not an official USGA GHIN handicap. Check with your club for official handicaps.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golf Stats & Practice shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, data, or opportunities
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees

You may terminate your account anytime by emailing us or using the account deletion feature.

Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After that, we will delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

For international users, local consumer protection laws may apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
